Mentors

The Envibooster program offers participating start-ups a range of valuable activities. These include workshops with experienced mentors who will work with start-ups both in groups and individually. Each participant will have the opportunity to discuss with the mentor not only general matters, but also specific issues they are currently dealing with. Whether it is financial issues, attracting investment or even service design, the mentors are ready to share their expertise and help the start-ups grow.

Adam Bočev

Adam Bočev received was educated in Denmark, where he studied Innovation and Business Development at the Syddansk University. He also gained valuable work experience as a scout and analyst at Acceleration, a pre-seed VC and the first start-up accelerator in Europe. Today, he lives back in his native Slovakia and supports ambitious start-ups in their global goals, mainly through Czech Founders VC – a community-driven venture capital firm that invests in interesting start-up founders with global ambitions.

During the workshop, Adam will listen to your pitch deck and give you the most honest feedback possible. His independent perspective and constructive criticism will enable you to effectively improve your presentation and increase your chances of attracting potential investors.

Lenka Mynářová

Lenka Mynářová is a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy at the Charles University. She has a lifelong commitment to science and research marketing and innovation. She led the marketing team that launched Nanospider technology on the global market in 2008. She also manages various innovative projects of global companies and is the main expert of TAČR (The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic) on Circular Audit. Her goal is to transfer the acquired marketing know-how to start-ups to help them prepare for successful growth and market presence.

Lenka will focus on the processes that enable to manage the process of creating innovations and bringing them to the market. She will introduce the Marketing Readiness Level as a key marketing tool for innovation and help you to implement it in your start-up environment.

Martina Miskolczi

Martina is a professional statistician, business planner and teacher. She currently works for an American medtech startup in the healthcare industry, for the Big4 consulting firm in the Czech Republic, for several startups, and teaches demography at the University of Economics in Prague. Professionally, Martina focuses on areas such as strategic and financial planning, capital raising, due diligence and preparation for investor meetings. She can prepare business plans for start-ups as well as existing companies and advise internal teams.

Nicolas Ivanovič

Nicolas Ivanovič has built a solid career focused on start-ups, investments and technological innovation. At Juggle, he co-founded and grew a platform that connects users with professionals. At EU-Startups, he analysed and recommended investment opportunities in potential startups. At Anderson Willinger, he improved recruitment strategies by identifying executive talent in the CEE region. Currently, he’s a Business Game Navigator at MSIC and uses his expertise to foster innovation and support emerging businesses.

Nicolas will guide you through the methods of Lean Start-ups. Under his guidance, you will learn how to validate business ideas, create MVPs and adapt your strategies according to the insights you gain. In the next workshop, Nicolas will help you improve your pitch deck to give you a competitive advantage.

David Novák

David Novák was for many years the Vodafone’s marketing director in the Czech Republic. He was the architect of the unlimited home connection without cable, which used free capacity in the mobile network. He created segmented acquisition platforms targeting families and teenagers. Both solutions won Effie Advertising Oscars several years in a row. He later led Vodafone’s digital transformation and worked as an independent consultant on culture change. He has spent the last year as an innovator in social innovation projects aimed at improving the lives of disadvantaged groups in the Czech Republic.
