The strategic project Talent Attraction Management (TAM) helps attract talented people to the Moravian-Silesian Region. Through a working group, it creates specific projects that meet strategic goals:
OSTRAVA EXPAT CENTRE
Ostrava Expat Centre is an information service and community partner for foreigners working, studying, or doing business in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
MTA
Moravian-Silesian Technological Academy, z.s. (MTA), aspires to be a leader in innovations for vocational education. It develops modern educational tools for teachers
of technical subjects, provides teacher training, and supports entrepreneurship in secondary schools.
EDUBOX
The main outputs of the EduBox program (Effective Education system of digital tools for VET in technical sectors) are educational modules, called EduBoxes, which facilitate the teaching of technical subjects to high school teachers.
FANS – From Adaptation to New Skills and self-employment
The FANS project – From Adaptation to New Skills and Self-Employment – focuses on enhancing the competences and exchanging experiences of Business Support Organizations to address the acceptance and integration of foreigners.
BUSINESS KEMP
Business Kemp is a residential camp for high school students that allows them to develop their entrepreneurial idea into a business plan within 4 days.
INNOVATION SAFARI
The Innovation Safari brings the theme of entrepreneurship to primary, secondary, and higher vocational schools. Through interactive methods, it teaches students how to work with entrepreneurship across various areas, from sustainability and digitalization to business.
