FANS
- Improving the Quality of TAM Services
The FANS project – From Adaptation to New Skills and Self-Employment – focused on enhancing competences and exchanging experiences among Business Support Organizations aimed at addressing the reception and integration of foreigners. The Erasmus+ project enables the connection of three partner organizations – Moravian-Silesian Innovation Centre in Ostrava, the Polish Science and Technology Park in Poznań, and the Portuguese Startup Leiria (PT). The purpose of the project is also to establish new contacts, exchange and share best practices.
The result of the project will be the assessment of the existing services of the Ostrava Expat Centre, the creation of new programs for foreigners, support of inclusion and diversity, and ultimately, increasing the employment of incoming expatriates in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The focus of the FANS project is therefore in line with one of the region’s priorities, namely Talent Attraction Management.
This project ran from March 1, 2023 to February 28, 2025 and was co-funded by the European Union, through the Erasmus+ grant.
