All current participants praise the minimal administrative burden. The application, entry questionnaire, and final report are designed to be as efficient as possible — totaling just around one A4 page.
Our network includes 80 experts — company owners, senior managers, and experienced consultants — all accredited based on their expertise and quality. We also cooperate with over 100 experts across the Czech Republic through the Ynovate innovation center network, of which we are a part. All of them are ready to support you in a wide range of key areas. The proposed experts are selected according to your company’s specific needs, and you’ll be involved in the final selection.
Based on the company analysis and your needs, we will first determine which service within the program suits you best. That will define the number of hours the expert will work with you. You will be expected to actively cooperate and implement the expert’s recommended steps. Therefore, the project duration depends on the complexity of the tasks. Typically, projects last from one month up to one year.
